Chinoiserie is a style in art reflecting Chinese qualities or motifs, such as pagodas, nature & floral scenes, dragons, and foo dogs. Inspired by the overwhelming fascination with China, especially Chinese porcelain – Chinoiserie became an Asian-influenced style rich in history and motifs.
